Banner Neighborhoods offers a wide variety of programs designed for area youth: from the Reading Club and Art Club, to basketball and football leagues, to the Neighborhood Youth Employment Program. These programs are formulated to address the concerns with unsupervised youth by engaging them in positive activities with caring adults. The relationships built between the youth and adults prepare the young residents to be active, responsible, and productive members of the community.
