Banner Neighborhoods serves 10 communities located within Southeast Baltimore City. 

Our boundaries are as follows:
North: Monument Street
South: Eastern Avenue
East: Haven Street
West: Washington Street.

Participation in our programs is limited to residents within this area, however, we welcome anyone from in or outside of our area to become a volunteer.
